We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our guests and our operations team.

1. Standard Cancellations

• More than 2 days before the activity: Customers are eligible for a 90% refund of the total booking amount.

• Less than 2 days (up to 24 hours) before the activity: Customers are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations on the day of the tour or no-shows: The full amount is non-refundable. However, we offer the opportunity to reschedule the tour for another available date, subject to availability.

  
  

2. Cancellations Due to Weather Conditions Customer safety is our top priority. If we must cancel the tour due to bad weather or unsafe conditions, guests will receive a 100% refund or may choose to reschedule the trip for another day.

3. How to Request a Refund: Please contact us via email or phone to request a cancellation or refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 5–7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
